Inspired by the great episode of the X-Files, "The Post-Modern Prometheus" which features a loveable mutant who's obsessed with Cher, and ends happily with our intrepid Special Agents dancing together.
It was filmed in black and white, so I drew it in black and white.
Flies, peanut butter and the circus all feature in the episode, so I incorporated them here. This was lots of fun to draw. :B
