Brad Dourif as Billy Bibbit from the amazing/disturbing/inspiring film "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest".
For awhile I wanted a backpiece of Billy, and this was a design idea. I have since decided that I don't want something so depressing on my body. ;p
It is a sin that he didn't win the Best Supporting Actor Oscar he was nominated for.
Copic marker on smooth bristol board, 11 x 14 inches.

[ WARNING ] Spillage may occur.

Incredible work with the copics.
And just with this portrait in general. It's extremely well drawn and the choice of colors goes well with it. (I'm particularly fond of the sacred heart.)
Did you come up with the composure of this yourself or use a reference? (Either way it's equally amazing.)

Billy Bibbit is easily one of the best characters.

....and i cannot sleep without the radio on....
... :tears: I couldn't stop crying when I read the book and he died...he was my favorite. :(

Anyway...this is really cool. I love the style and how smooth it is.

Unity is a difficult matter.
Thank you very much! The composition wasn't directly taken from anything, but probably subconciously influenced by various sacred heart portraits and tattoo artwork.
