The 8 of Wands/Gryffindor. This card symbolizes the receipt of important information, of learning an important piece of the puzzle, and then quickly reacting to that information in a decisive, grand manner - it is the card of both beginnings and endings, the conclusion of unfinished business, which both ends a chapter and begins a new one. It is the time to declare yourself, and to put your plans into action. This is an excellent card for the pinnacle moment when Neville Longbottom slays Nagini - he is entrusted with the information from Harry that killing Nagini is vital to victory, and though Neville doesn't know exactly why it is so important, when the moment presents itself, Neville acts quickly and decisively to follow Harry's instructions. This leads to the end of the horcuxes, leaving Voldemort finally vulnerable to attack - in a significant way, it is the beginning of Voldemort's end.
