I like to imagine that Anna and Elsa forgive their parents, and work towards healing the hurt that scarred their lives for so long. I also like the idea that now that Elsa is free, she can finally visit the graves of her parents as her true self.
I also like the idea of Elsa wearing somewhat of a combination of her own icy dress with a more traditional Arendelle queen outfit, now that she's ruling the kingdom openly and properly.
Copic marker on Vellum paper.
Elsa and Anna's parents were flawed but hey, even if there is trolls in that world, it's normal absolutely NORMAL to know your child has ice powers, so they tried their best with the little knowledge they had.
You have a marvelous style. Hvae you considered trying your hand at other Disney movies like Atlantis and The Hunchback of Notre Dame?
They were good parents trying to do the best. They were just ignorant about something NOBODY could be 100% sure. And if everything was like How It Should Have Ended, there would be no story at all. The plot some stupidities so it can HAPPEN.
And agreed with you on Anna and Elsa's parents.
There was no doubt that they loved their parents, and yeah, Dr. Spock didn't write anything about handling magic powers in your kid. Doctor Xavier may have been a telepath, but his main contribution was analyzing hyper-human powers and coming up with ways to harness or control them. He'd have figured out Elsa.
Yes, so true… I never even though about what if Dr. X or someone like him was around for poor Elsa (and her parents!)
I totally agree with you about their family...
The reason I clicked this picture was because of the dress you put Elsa in, I think it would be really fitting for her new status.
I'm totally in love with all the patterns and details you put in their outfit. Great job, as always

I love Elsa's dress
